ABOUT UNIQUENESS
Each case is handmade, so they may not be exactly the same as the other but very similar. We sometimes have to adjust the position of charms to fit your Phone/Earbuds case. Charms may be added or reduced due to a different model. In rare cases, charms may be replaced by similar ones due to being out of stock. But we will make the design as close to the one in the listing photo.

ABOUT PROCESSING TIME
All cases are handmade and need about 10 days to get cure. Current processing time is always posted at the top of our website - this is approximately how long it will be until your order ships out. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it on the website.
